Beef Ragu (Serves 2)

To create our Beef Ragu, we start by slow-cooking the grass-fed beef in a rich and hearty tomato sauce. We enhance the sauce with a carefully crafted blend of organic herbs, adding layers of complexity and depth to every spoonful. We take the time to ensure that each batch is cooked to perfection, allowing the flavours to develop and intensify. The result is a beef bolognese sauce that is both comforting and sophisticated.

To create the ultimate Ragu meal
Heat the ragu as per instructions. Cook your favourite pasta in salted boiling water for 8-12 minutes until al dente. Drain, season, and serve with ragu. Add parmesan or parsley for extra flavour.

Packaging Note:
Our meals are packaged in compostable containers made from plant fibre because we prefer sustainability over single-use plastic. If you try to remove the lid while the meal is fully frozen, it’s possible that a small amount of the lid may stick to the surface of the meal. For best results, we recommend thawing your meal before heating and removing the lid once it has thawed slightly. This allows the lid to separate cleanly from the meal.
